Crisp outside, soft inside, with a double dose of sesame.
Ingredients
- 300 g of tahini
- 200 g of flour
- 160 g of ground almonds
- 1 cup of runny honey
- 2 teaspoons of bicarbonate of soda
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g of sesame seeds for rolling
Preparation
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl, then add the honey and tahini.
- Knead until the dough stops sticking to your hands. If it is too soft, add a spoonful of flour.
- Shape balls, roll them in sesame seeds and flatten slightly with your palm.
- Bake at 170 °C for 12 to 15 minutes, until the sesame turns golden.
